EMS輸送系統應用于汽車焊裝、涂裝、總裝、工程機械、倉儲等行業的自動化物流輸送，可實現自動上、下件與線邊設備的自動對接，實現各種工藝動作，且在工業領域得到廣泛應用。EMS自行小車可分成鋁合金軌道、H型鋼（騎乘式）以及工字鋼，EMS輸送系統組成：鋼結構系統（立柱、輔梁、走臺、護網、欄桿）、軌道系統（行走軌道、支撐件）、電控系統（地面主控、隨車電控、滑線供電及通訊、電纜橋架等）、行走小車系統、升降系統（葫蘆提升、四帶提升）、吊具系統等。運行速度為0~60m/min,起升重量50KG~15000KG,可采用自動+手動控制方式，可實現工廠生產自動化、信息化的要求。

雙軌自行小車廣泛應用于車架前處理電泳涂裝線或大客車車身前處理電泳涂裝線。由鋼結構、運行軌道、供電系統、載物車組、平移小車、吊具及電氣控制系統等組成。起重量3000KG~50000KG,運行速度0~20m/min,可實現手動和自動控制方式。
