EMS輸送系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于汽車焊裝、涂裝、總裝、工程機(jī)械、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等行業(yè)的自動(dòng)化物流輸送，可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)上、下件與線邊設(shè)備的自動(dòng)對(duì)接，實(shí)現(xiàn)各種工藝動(dòng)作，且在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。EMS自行小車可分成鋁合金軌道、H型鋼（騎乘式）以及工字鋼，EMS輸送系統(tǒng)組成：鋼結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)（立柱、輔梁、走臺(tái)、護(hù)網(wǎng)、欄桿）、軌道系統(tǒng)（行走軌道、支撐件）、電控系統(tǒng)（地面主控、隨車電控、滑線供電及通訊、電纜橋架等）、行走小車系統(tǒng)、升降系統(tǒng)（葫蘆提升、四帶提升）、吊具系統(tǒng)等。運(yùn)行速度為0~60m/min,起升重量50KG~15000KG,可采用自動(dòng)+手動(dòng)控制方式，可實(shí)現(xiàn)工廠生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化、信息化的要求。

雙軌自行小車廣泛應(yīng)用于車架前處理電泳涂裝線或大客車車身前處理電泳涂裝線。由鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)行軌道、供電系統(tǒng)、載物車組、平移小車、吊具及電氣控制系統(tǒng)等組成。起重量3000KG~50000KG,運(yùn)行速度0~20m/min,可實(shí)現(xiàn)手動(dòng)和自動(dòng)控制方式。
